Tünde has received the ICF Social Impact Award 2023 in the category ‘Distinguished Coach’, which recognizes her efforts to engage communities in creating social impact through coaching, most importantly through her documentary ‘The light and shadow of coaching – in and beyond organizations’. It’s her latest commitment to empower others by using the funds collected from the donations to coach-train women in Kenya. For Tünde, coaching is not just a profession, not even a vocation, but a pro-vocation. In that, she's guided by how she's paying attention to WHO she is in WHAT she does - in her humanity. Tünde holds a PhD in Business and Organizational Management from the VU Amsterdam, an Ashridge Master’s in Executive and Team Coaching, and an Ashridge Post-graduate Diploma in Coaching and Organisational Supervision. She's an ICF MCC coach and is undergoing her Master Practitioner process with EMCC.

Prof. Dr. Silja Kotte is a Professor of Business Psychology at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany. She received her PhD on leadership development from the University of Kassel and has led and taught in academic programs in psychology, coaching and supervision. Her research focuses on workplace coaching, human resource development, and group and team processes and is published in scientific journals and practitioner-oriented outlets. As a workplace coaching researcher with long-standing practical experience as certified coach (DGSv), human resource manager in the pharmaceutical industry, and in postgraduate coach training, she is passionate about building bridges between research and practice.

Natalie M. Michalik is an organizational psychologist and clinical psychotherapist. She is currently working as a research associate at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin, Germany. Her research focuses on the digitalization of coaching and she recently published a scientific article about side effects in face-to-face, blended and online coaching.

Ana Stojanovic is a Ph.D. student at the Erasmus Medical Center and the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. She is conducting research on the processes and outcomes of workplace coaching of medical professionals.

Eddy is oprichter van Groeimaker en begeleidt als executive coach individuele directeuren, leiders en ondernemers bij uiteenlopende professionele en persoonlijke vraagstukken. Ook begeleidt hij als teamcoach directie en managementteams bij belangrijke verandersituaties en het verbeteren van teamprestaties. Hij heeft Groeimaker gestart vanuit de visie dat elke organisatie en ieder individu op zoek is naar vernieuwing en groei om beter te kunnen presteren. Als specialist in verandering gaat zijn interesse uit naar leiderschap, prestaties en de persoonlijke en teamontwikkeling die hiermee samenhangt. Hij is in staat om op korte termijn de huidige situatie en het relevante vraagstuk te begrijpen. Oprecht, uitdagend, doelgericht en langs de lijn van bewustwording zorgt hij voor het creëren van resultaten. Eddy heeft ruim 20 jaar ervaring in verschillende advies, management en directiefuncties bij MKB en internationale (beursgenoteerde) ondernemingen. Hij heeft een achtergrond in financiën bedrijfseconomie en verandermanagement. Sinds 2009 is hij opgeleid en actief in leiderschapsontwikkeling en als executive coach, team coach, supervisor en psychosociaal therapeut. Eddy is EMCC/NOBCO gecertificeerd als coach en supervisor en Ashridge geaccrediteerd als executive coach en organisatie supervisor. Daarnaast heeft hij onder meer een Master (MSc) in Executive coaching, PGdip in Supervision en een diploma in TA Psychosociale therapie. Met deze bagage verenigt hij het beste van twee werelden: hard en zacht. Indicatoren, prestaties, effectiviteit en de (collectieve) attitude, houding en gedrag om het gewenste resultaat te bereiken.
