Njeru, drs., E. (Elizabeth)
Elizabeth Njeru works in Leadership, Learning & Development, supporting people and culture through coaching, training, and strategy. Originally from Embu, Kenya, she has lived in the Netherlands since 2000, where she runs Global Career Support, her coaching and consulting practice. She coined the term “professionals who are from elsewhere — or who are seen as such” to describe the experience of those who refer to themselves, or are referred to by others as expats, internationals, highly skilled migrants, or professionals with a migration background. She also developed the HILMA model to support this group specifically.
